DAY AND EVENING BIBLE STUDIES - with Pastor Ken Wednesday morning at 10:00 A.M. The Bible Study will focus on the coming Sunday's scriptures, meeting in Room 128. Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M. in the Library. All are welcome to attend any of these studies. The Italiano Ristorante is back! - The Jr/Sr High youth are taking reservations for their famous “Italiano Ristorante”! The mouth watering, all you can eat spaghetti, salad, garlic bread and dessert will be available one day only, Sunday, February 12th. There will be two serving times, 4:30 P.M. and 6:30 P.M. Cost is $6.00 per person, $4.00 for children 3-10 years old and children under-three eat for free. The sign up sheet is in the Commons. Make plans to attend with your whole family or with friends and make your reservations now!
NEEDED!!! - Volunteers for the Church Year. You can get involved with the kids and youth. Take time to review the newsletter that lists the programs. We need committed volunteers to make children’s and youth activities possible.		Hospital, Home Visitation & Prayer: Need a pastoral visit, “called to care” visit or have a prayer chain request? SIENA FRANCIS HOUSE DONATIONS - Non-Perishable Food items as well as clothing are the ongoing needs. Please place donations in the green bin in the Commons. Donations are always appreciated. Thank you.		LOST AND FOUND - Are you missing a coat, jacket, hat or other items? Check the Lost and Found clothing hanging on the coat rack near the windows in the Commons and also check the box and shelf above to see if any of these things belong to you. Also, some serving bowls and items that have been left in the kitchen and unclaimed can be found on the shelf in the commons. Unclaimed items will be donated to Siena/Francis House in February.

Bible study on Sunday mornings - Mark Cupps leads a Bible study on Sunday mornings at 10:00 A.M. in Room 119. This study focuses on either a book of the Bible or a topical study. Women’s Association - will meet on Thursday, February 2, in the Fellowship Hall at 12 noon. Bring your own brown bag lunch. Beverage and dessert will be provided. DVDs and CDs of Sunday Worship Services - DVDs and CDs are now available of the Sunday Worship Services. Youth Bible Study--Our Gospel Journey - On Sundays, from February 5th through March 11th, Cheryl will be leading a 6-week Junior/Senior High school Bible study. This will be a fun and interactive time including a DVD, group discussions and activities. We will meet in the Youth Room--19D from 9:15-10:00 each Sunday.
CHORAL CANTATA ON MAUNDY THURSDAY - ANYONE who would like to sing with the choir in a cantata here at Northwest Hills Church on Maundy Thursday, April 5 at 7:00 P.M. is invited to come to practices at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesdays. Singles & Friends, Two Activities - Youth Valentine Dinner, Sunday, February 12, 2012, 4:30 P.M. Seating Fellowship Hall, and 20 Grand Movie and Dinner, Saturday, February 18, 2012		MUSIC PARTICIPATION - -Band and Song Leaders practice on Wednesdays at 5:30 P.M. in the Sanctuary. Northwest Hills Preschool - is now in session! This is the 4th year of the church providing quality education and care with Christian values to your family as well as those of your friends and neighbors! We still have openings in the Tuesday/Thursday (3-4 year old) program and the Monday/Wednesday/Friday (4-5 year old) program. Word of mouth is one of the best referrals! Let us continue to meet the preschool needs of the community through this wonderful ministry!		MEET SARAH! - Sarah Baird is our new Nursery Attendant. She received her B.S. degree in Education at Northwest Missouri State University and is currently working toward a Masters degree in education at Concordia University. Sarah will be in the Nursery on Sundays from 8:45 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Thanks to Brian Frank for staffing the Nursery these past months.
